Use these questions to identify gaps and planning needs. They are discussion prompts, not a validated scoring model or delivery forecast.
1. Data Infrastructure
Do you have accessible, structured data for your target use case? Identify source ownership, access permissions, data quality limitations, and applicable retention requirements.
2. Technical Ownership
